MT Jones is coming to BIRD on Friday 27 November.

The Liverpool-born singer-songwriter makes soul that hits straight away. Warm vocals, raw emotion and grooves somewhere between classic soul, jazz and modern R&B. No overproduction, just strong songwriting and a live band that knows when to hold back and when to let loose.

Recent tracks like “Why I Cry”, “Joy” and “Gentle Reminder” show why MT Jones is quickly becoming one of the standout names in the new wave of soul artists. His debut album Joy took him across Europe, the UK and the US, playing packed rooms along the way.

Live, MT Jones moves between intimate moments and full soulful energy without forcing anything.

For fans of Michael Kiwanuka, Leon Bridges, Jalen Ngonda and Yussef Dayes.
