Lord Apex is one of the most distinctive voices in the UK hip hop scene. The West London rapper has been steadily building an impressive catalogue of tapes and EPs, ranging from the trippy vibes of Interplanetary Funk to the laidback Smoke Sessions series. With a smooth flow and influences drawn from both sides of the Atlantic, Apex moves effortlessly between introspective mellow tracks and more experimental, futuristic sounds.

His debut album The Good Fight (featuring production from Madlib and guest appearances like Greentea Peng) proved that Apex is more than just a sharp lyricist: he crafts soulful hooks and a sound that’s always evolving.
